You can see why we love this chart. Notice the gradual descending trendline over several months which culminated in a parabolic breakout leading to a 600% move. This move was confirmed on volume. Now the stock has pulled back right into the 50 day moving average. This is a key technical level of support.

The horizontal trendline cuts right across $0.025 and confirms an area of deep pullback support – between the 50 MA and the horizontal trendline. This is exactly where UBRG closed today. This is the area to watch for a bounce. Folks this is a beauty capitulation.

First point of resistance is $0.03 which represents a 20% move off current levels. Above that we jump right to the 200 day MA which is $0.0431 and represents a 72% move from current levels. $0.0175 is the significant next area of support below $0.02.

Although we cannot guarantee an actual valuation, according to industry valuation standards using average P/E ratios from Standard & Poor’s, at a multiple of 15 times earnings, a valuation of $75 to $120 million dollars is an estimate of the potential additional market capitalization value of this acquisition alone to Universal.”

Let’s Talk Numbers – Sales and Projections

Since then, the stock bottomed out just below a penny, SPAH has made a series of higher lows forming a bull pennant. That pennant has since pulled down the trendline. This is about as good as it gets folks. This is an explosive looking chart poised to continue the uptrend. Let's examine this closer.

MSMY recently broke out of a consolidation doubling from .04 - .08. It sat and consolidated for several sessions between 0.08 - .095, before making another move north to 0.17 and has now consolidated around the 0.14 mark. Now it looks to make another solid move higher. This 1,2,3 continuation pattern is forming beautifully.

The next resistance appears to be in the $0.23-0.25 range. This represents a 50% move from the current levels.

Folks - we always preach - VOLUME confirms the move. Referring to our chart again, take note of the intense buying pressure which coincided with the move to 0.08. Notice the consolidation phase, the volume dwindled. This means lack of sellers.

On the move from .08 to .17, notice the big volume. This confirmed a solid move. Notice the volume lightening and the stock price is staying the same.

This is a picture perfect Continuation Breakout. We may get our 1,2,3 continuation move which would be the 3rd leg to 0.23-0.27.

This is a Consolidation Breakout formation. This pattern is very similar to Darva boxes, and frequently leads to a push into the next channel. Notice the multimonth channel fluctuations between $0.10 and $0.15. This is a clear picture support and resistance. Based on the close today and some recent press, I think the catalysts may be there to push into the next level which would be $0.15-0.20. The key is the $0.15 being pierced.

HMNC is estimating the daily processing capabilities of the Tennessee Mine in Chloride, AZ will commence at 10-20 tons per day and increase to 150 tons per day by late 2011 and 350 tons daily in 2012 as newly acquired equipment becomes operational!

HMNC initial testing indicates an average of 1 oz to 3 oz of gold and 30 oz or more of silver per ton. Gold recently peaked at around $1500 per oz, and Silver at $50 per oz.

HMNC believes there to be approximately a million tons of metal rich tailings and dump material at this mine. Process the tailings is only the beginning. Historical reports claim as much as 40% of the original mineralization remains intact underground and offers long term opportunities for continued exploration.
